You always have the right to return products within 14 days (return period). Send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). You must prove that the delivered goods have been returned in time, for example by track & trace or proof of shipment.
Handle the product and packaging with care during the return period. Return the product with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. Products must not be dirty, washed, damaged or worn, otherwise we cannot accept your returns.
The costs for returning the products are for your own account.
We aim to process returns and refund your purchase amount within 14 working days. It depends on your bank account how long it takes for the funds to be credited.
It is unfortunately not possible to exchange products.
You are responsible for the products during the return process, until they arrive at our warehouse. The risks for returning, like lost or damaged products, are on your own account. Make sure you pack the products properly so they won’t damage and choose for the option ‘track and trace’ at the post carrier. Without track and trace we cannot provide help with lost products.
